Seamus grew up in a small village in Ireland in the early 1700's. He followed the family tradition if potato farming and traveled to the market to sell what he could. It was there at the market that he met a woman named Bridgette and found instant love. They spent several years together before 

Randy Allen Ketch is the twin brother of Arthur Ketch. When he was four years old he was given to an orphanage run by Kendrick's and soon separated from his brother. It was when he turned 6 years old that he was recruited by the Canadian Men of Letters, having not possessed the right qualities for their British cousins as his brother did. The Canadian Men of Letters hosted a sort of Hunger Games initiation for their new recruits. Randy was among only three of twenty that survived and were brought in formally into the Institution. His first mission with the CMOL was catastrophic when he failed to protect a young girl, Sarah White, from her werewolf father. The mission was dismissed with the reason of having faulty intel, but Randy held himself responsible and would hold that guilt with him for the rest of his life. He remembered the young girls love of rainbow sherbert and took it upon himself to tattoo the outline of an ice cream cone on his left hand as a reminder of his failure. ...
